The Camp Pendleton Cottages are located at San Onofre Beach. Current cottages are actually FEMA trailers that are beyond repair.  Through the Nice Guys, funds are being raised to replace the current units with manufactured homes that are handicap friendly and are built to last.  To date, nine of the twenty-four cottages have been replaced.
